In this lesson students will learn about how t-shirts are printed at a screen printing facility.  Students will then get to design and print their own t-shirts using sponges.

Materials Needed:

  • t- shirt for each student (or a piece of paper/other fabric)
  • cardboard
  • fabric paint
  • paper plate or small tray
  • sponges
  • scissors
  • newspaper
